Tandoori Chicken Pattie
Tandoori flavored chicken burger pattie made of typical Indian spices
like garlic, ginger, black salt, ground spices, curd, red chilly paste
and mustard oil. Battered and bread crumbed, fried and individually
quick frozen.
Storage condition: Frozen at -18°C or below
Cooking Instruction: Remove required quantity of frozen tandoori
chicken pattie. Do not thaw. Deep fry at 180°C for 3 min. Drain off
excess oil. Serve immediately.
Recommended use: Serve hot tandoori chicken pattie with sliced onion & Green chutney. Very good to use as chicken burger.
